Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that our cancellation policy is 48 hours of scheduled appointments. If you cancel your appointment, forget or forgo your appointment within 48 hours you will be billed for the full amount of the services requested. If you cancel the appointment within 48 hours of scheduled appointment and use a gift certificate for payment, service amount will be deducted and/or voided and unable to be redeemed. Once services have been performed/received there will be no refund of services received.
